Most glaring are the dead-weight trucks, parked on major bridges and roads within the state. Hopefully, It should also provide the reader(s) with a “bird’s eye view” of some of the teething problems and solutions already attempted within state by other stakeholders and hopefully get the reader ”up to speed” and involved.
