Traffic Management Introduction This short paper aims to provide the reader with solution option to the chaos and cost of illegal parking as well as other road traffic offences in the state, This solution remains applicable to all other States including federal agencies. Different attempts by numerous administration have been attempted to resolve, mainly the issues of street parking within the state, but continues to be one of the thorniest issues affecting the economy and the environment.
